A long trip to the other side of the Atlantic was the excuse for creating this modern style smokehouse that brought the low & slow BBQ culture of the south and central states of the U.S. to Kolonaki. Two large smokers set the tone of the menu, where you will find grain-fed Black Angus brisket, spare ribs with bean cream, Carolina style pulled pork in fig sauce and the exuberant mac & cheese. In addition to the wines and beers, are the bourbon cocktails, as well as a hearty brunch that has been recently introduced.
